We normally send out orders within 24 hours

1. Atelier Harumi dispatches all orders by Australia Post
2. Within Australia, there is a basic postage fee of $5 per order, regardless of how many items are ordered
3. International orders to destinations outside Australia, carry a basic postage charge of $15
4. Customers within Australia may choose to have their goods sent Express Post
5. We are happy to make alternate shipping arrangements with customers

We do occasionally fall behind on despatching orders, and it may take up to 48 hours on some ocassions to send out orders, but this is an exception. If the destination is within Australia, the delivery may arrive two or three days following the purchase, while in some cases it can take up to a week. It is our policy to notify customers of any expected delays

If the address for delivery is within Australia, the goods are most likely to be delivered by Australia Post and can reasonably be expected to arrive within 3 to 7 working days. If you feel that your order has been unreasonably delayed, please email us at info@melbournejewellers.com and we will be happy to track your invoice.
