Returns and Exchanges Policy

Errors in ordering
Where a customer has been disappointed by their own selection of a product, we may offer a substitution if the goods are returned in the original condition and if the customer pays for all shipping and handling charges. We will not consider a refund if the goods have been despatched and the customer has decided that they are not to their liking. We always endeavour to make every effort to find an item or solution that satisfies the customer.

Breakages or mishaps If the customer should receive an article of jewellery in inferior condition, we are happy to replace or repair the item if the damage occurred during crafting, packaging or transit.

If the goods are suspected by ourselves to be flawed, we will make every effort to provide a replacement or a like exchange to the customer. We will not refund or re-credit where the customer has handled the jewelry and decided that it was not to their liking.

We will never offer for sale any item that we have reason to believe is not of the highest quality and craftsmanship. If a customer were to draw our attention to a flaw in design, construction or material, we will make every effort to replace the unworthy item with jewelry of the highest quality that Atelier Harumi can provide.

Some of our products come in a choice of sizes. Should a customer receive jewelry that does not fit the wearer, we encourage the customer to return the article in it's original packaging and condition for a suitable replacement. We cannot replace an article that has been damaged by wear or misfit.

It is our return policy that should we be responsible for faults or damages that result in the replacement of a product, we will pay the postage and shipping fees of the item to the customer.

If a customer has a grievance or complaint regarding the quality or condition of a jewelry item, it is reasonable to ask that they return the item to us in it's original packaging, at their own cost, and in the condition that it was received for our inspection.
